But to keep them occupied in the time before the seventh film in the franchise is released in cinemas on December 17, Empire magazine has unveiled six new covers in honour of the sci-fi film and its cast.
The movie magazine has joined forces with Lucasfilm and toy-maker Hasbro for the exclusive new Star Wars issues, with the likes of leading stars Harrison Ford, Daisy Ridley and John Boyega taking pride of place on three of the impressive 3D covers.
