Gigi Hadid has found another pop star – and perhaps even more famous – prospective new boyfriend in the form of Zayn Malik.
The curvy model, 20, and ex-One Direction singer, 22, are said to be in the early stages of dating, according to Us Weekly.
A source told Us: ‘It’s a very new thing. They’re just seeing where it goes.‘I wouldn’t call them boyfriend and girlfriend. But seeing each other? Definitely. He’s chuffed.’
The
hot pairing were spotted getting cosy in West Hollywood on Sunday night
after the model had attended the American Music Awards.
Earlier
this month, Gigi was pictured leaving the same New York City hotel
where Zayn was staying – although no one ever connected the two at the
time.
The two may have met back at mutual friend Kylie Jenner’s 18th birthday party in August – while Gigi was still dating Joe.
Victoria’s Secret model Gigi and Joe revealed in early November they had split due to ‘heavy work schedules’.
A source at the time said: ‘They are just going to be friends for now, but it wasn’t [due to] anything serious.’
They
had been an item since May after they were pictured together just days
after Gigi ended her rocky on/off romance with Australian pop star Cody
Simpson.
