Sahara Reporters reports that the seven issues raised by Governor Wike has been resolved by the court against him and in favour of Dakuku Peterside, the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate.
In a 110-page ruling delivered by Justice M.B. Dongban-Mensem the court ruled that Wike’s election did not conform with the electoral act.
The court therefore, has ordered a rerun in 90 days.
The tribunal headed by Justice Suleiman Ambrosa had in a judgment on October 24, 2015, nullified Wike’s election and ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to conduct a fresh election.
