A 20-year-old man who allegedly broke into the old lady’s house to commit robbery, changed his mind and instead raped a 101-year-old woman, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.
One night, Atoine Devon Pettis sneaked into the house with only one intention – to rob its owner. But then he spontaneously decided to carry out the sexual attack after finding 101-year-old woman in bed.
According to the victim, she woke up early that morning to noises when she realized someone was actually in her bedroom. The person slapped her several times and then sexually assaulted her. Later the woman was found by police was rushed to hospital for treatment of her injuries.
Pettis was tracked down through DNA evidence that was obtained from the old woman. The pervert has admitted to the assault, saying his intention was to steal property and had not planned the sexual assault.
Pettis is being charged with burglary, aggravated battery and second-degree sexual assault. If he’s convicted on all three charges, Pettis could face more than 55 years in prison.
