One of the pastors of Bishop David Oyedepo, founder and
general overseer of the Winners Chapel, also known as Living Faith
Church Worldwide, has been accused of wife snatching by one Ifeanyi
Kenneth Okpoko.
The jilted husband has allegedly written a petition to Bishop Oyedepo asking him to tell the accused pastor, Kelvin Ugwuoke, to leave his wife alone.
According to the petition letter dated 14 November, 2013 and titled:
‘Case of Adultery, Snatching Of My Wife And Secret Marriage Engagement’,
an embittered Okpoko alleged that Ugwuoke snatched his banker wife,
Blessing Ifeanyi Okpoko and took her to Dubai to engage her in marriage.
Narrating how his wife was snatched from him by the pastor, Mr Okpoko stated that when he confronted his wife with some photographs of her extra marital affairs with the pastor, she vacated their marital home and moved to Ugwuoke’s purported house at Prime Water View Estate, Flat 8 at Lekki, Lagos.
