Police Arrest Suspected Armed Robbers In Lagos

                 Operatives of the state Special Anti-Robbery Squad have arrested three suspected armed robbers in Lagos state.
                       The suspects identified as Abraham Nsong(21), Bright Chukwuemeka and Dare Adetunji(21) who were arrested on November 2 have confessed to joining secret cults and started robbing when they were still primary school pupils.
                        Punch reports that the suspects had allegedly gone to rob at Salvation Street, Oke Odan, Iyana Isashi area of Lagos, when they were arrested.

According to the police, the items recovered from the suspects are a locally-made gun, a pistol and three knives. Meanwhile a member of the gang, who the police identified simply as Joshua, is still at large.
Meanwhile the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Kenneth Nwosu, who confirmed the arrest of the three suspects, adding that investigations are ongoing.
