Barely three months after officials cleared Caitlyn Jenner over the fatal accident she had in February when she was Bruce Jenner, the Olympic medalist is facing another lawsuit. This time, she is being sued by an entertainment guru and his family, who sustained injuries in their own vehicle when the crash occurred.
According to a document obtained by People, “music industry vet Peter Wolf-Millesi, his wife Lea Wolf-Millesi and Lea’s mother Elga Maurer, who was also in their vehicle, are suing Jenner for injuries they allegedly suffered after Kim Howe’s Lexus struck their vehicle. Peter and Lea’s children Nino and Gaetano, who are minors are also named as plaintiffs in the lawsuit, which was filed Friday in Los Angeles.
“Recall that Jenner has previously been cleared of wrongdoing in the accident after months of exhaustive investigation. Police determined that Jenner was driving below the speed limit and “minimally slower” than Howe was.
