Tragic: Middle-Aged Man Dies On Arik Flight From Owerri-Lagos Flight

Arik airline on Wednesday confirmed the death of a middle-aged man on its Owerri-Lagos flight. The man, whose identity was not disclosed, was confirmed dead by medical doctors when the Arik flight touched down at the local wing of the Murtala International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos yesterday.
The airline said the man’s body has been deposited in the mortuary by the Police while investigation into the immediate cause of death is ongoing.

According to a statement by Arik airline, the passenger boarded the flight from Owerri in the company of a relative.

He was also said to have shown signs of uneasiness midway into the flight before he eventually gave up.
