Eyewitnesses said that the truck was carrying two fully loaded containers and lost control before ramming into the buses which were picking passengers on the road.
The victims were killed when one of the containners fell on them while the other containners destroyed the buses completely.
According to officials on ground, about eight injured persons were rescued from the buses before being rushed to the hospital.
