Thousands of people from the early morning of Monday, January 19th, were gathering at Murtala Muhammed Square Kaduna, ahead of the presidential campaign rally of General Muhammadu Buhari.

Activities in Kaduna have been paralysed as the campaign team of the All Progressives Congress (APC) visits the Crocodile city.
With the APC presidential rally in the city a few hours away,
hundreds of youths took over the major streets in the capital of Kaduna
state chanting unity songs for Buhari.

At the Stadium Roundabout, there was graffiti of “change, change, change” written on walls along the road.
The youths, in Hausa, said even if El-Rufai would demolish their
houses after winning the election, they were ready to build another
house.

of one of the bomb attacks that happened in Kaduna on Wednesday, 23
